The Annapolis Area includes:

a.  The Annapolis Neck Peninsula with the City of Annapolis, the Naval Academy, St. Johns, and some of the major

     suburbs, if a town of 40,000 can be said to have suburbs.

b.  The Broadneck Peninsula across the Severn River from downtown, with parts of Annapolis, Arnold, and Severna Park.

c.  The Edgewater Mayo area across the South River from Annapolis.

d.  Kent Island and some of Queen Anne's county across the Bay Bridge from the Broadneck Peninsula.

Schools in the Annapolis area tend to be above average.
But this is not Lake Woebegone; there are differences in the schools, check my schools pages for your research.

 

Most people in the Annapolis Area commute to other parts of the DC/Baltimore metropolitan area.
