My father was in the military. So we moved a lot. I was born when he was in the Marine Corp, at Fort Lawton, Seattle King County Washington. From there we moved to Omaha Nebraska. Taipei Taiwan, Paris France, Stuttgart Germany, Dayton Ohio, he went to Vietnam. We went back to Omaha, then to Tacoma WA, then USAFA, then Ogden Utah. And then to Kelso Washington. From there I went to Provo Utah, Koriyama, Fukushima-ken Japan, Ishinomaki and Iwanuma, Miyagi-ken Japan. Chicago, Illinois, Newport Rhode Island, San Diego California, Honolulu Hawai'i, Yokosuka Kanagawa-ken Japan. And then here to Annapolis.
What does this mean to you? I've lived in lots of houses. In lots of places. Here in Annapolis alone, I've lived in four places. I know what it means to move, to look for a house to deal with good agents and bad agents. I will not be a bad agent. I will be a good agent for you.
Here in Annapolis I taught at the Naval Academy for three years, and then taught for another five years, mainly at UMBC.
Then I started doing Real Estate full time. I have been doing it full time ever since. I have worked with many different banks, title companies, and real estate agents. I've always been on the lookout for best practices so that I could do better.
I always ask, and would appreciate an answer when we're done working together on your property, "What did you most appreciate about my working with you? Is there anything that I could improve?"
