Visit early in the day and you’ll find a line of customers waiting for fresh, warm doughnuts (several Yelp reviewers call Carlson’s donuts the best they’ve ever had!). Visit later in the day and you’ll find that Carlson’s shifts into a sit-down Thai restaurant, which serves all your favorite Thai dishes. Try the noodle-based pad Thai topped with red pepper flakes and crushed peanuts, or go for one of the curries served over hot rice (both the panang red curry with coconut milk and the green curry with basil leaves get good reviews).
