“Grain to glass.” That’s how they do things at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant. Like all of its sister locations, the Annapolis eatery serves craft beer that’s actually brewed in-house, and the lineup changes every week. Right now, you might find an Oktoberfest-inspired brew like the Edelhell pilsner or the classic German Hefeweizen with hints of banana and clove.

The suds pair well with signature starters like the Bavarian pretzel with house-made Havarti fondue and garlic fries dusted with parsley. For the main course, try a juicy burger, sink your teeth into a slice of pizza, or enjoy an entree like the chicken schnitzel or top sirloin steak with mushroom Marzen. Although the restaurant is following all safety guidelines in-house, you are also welcome to order delivery or takeout from Gordon Biersch (including growlers of beer).
