Pherm Brewing Debuts Near Mariner Bay & Crosswinds

The warehouse-style taproom at Pherm Brewing is airy and spacious, making it a solid option if you want to grab a socially-distanced beer. If you’re not comfortable indoors, the brewery also has tables beyond the doors, usually near a local food truck. Since the house-brewed beers also happen to be delicious, it’s no surprise folks have been flocking here from all over the area since it opened a few weeks ago.

It’s well worth the 20-minute drive to check out what’s on tap, whether you sit inside or outside. Make sure you wear a mask and practice social-distancing when you step up to the bar to place your order. If you enjoy a bold IPA, try the Dismal Fog. It’s a New England-style double IPA featuring Mosaic, Idaho Gem, and El Dorado hops. Prefer something fruitier? The Disco Cherrylime and Run For the Rose Hips sour beers are infused with tart cherries and raspberries, respectively. The tap list is eclectic and constantly evolving, so there’s always something for everyone at Pherm Brewing.
